Platform status
European Startup Hub is an independent commercial platform and is not an institution, body, office or agency of the European Union. References to EU programmes do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting credentials and using the platform lawfully. ESH may suspend access for fraud, security threats, illegal activity or serious breach of platform rules.
User submissions
Users must have the rights and authority needed to submit startup, founder, event, job, service or other content. Submitted information must not be knowingly false, unlawful, infringing or misleading.
Funding and investment
Investor discovery, startup scoring, funding matches and opportunity information are informational tools. ESH does not guarantee eligibility, funding, investment, returns or business outcomes. Regulated investment services must not be launched without appropriate legal analysis and authorisation where required.
Courses and paid services
Final Terms of Sale must define prices, VAT treatment, payment methods, cancellation/refund rights, digital-content rules, course access, programme changes and consumer rights applicable to the relevant buyer and jurisdiction.
Marketplace
Any future marketplace that permits third-party traders to contract with users requires trader onboarding, traceability, transparency, reporting and redress controls appropriate to the applicable law before transactional functionality is enabled.
Intellectual property
ESH branding, software and original platform content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. User content remains subject to the rights granted in the final contributor terms for hosting, displaying and promoting submitted material.
Liability
Production terms should contain enforceable jurisdiction-specific liability provisions. Nothing in these terms should exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
